How similar does my rug look to the product I view online?
Due to varying screen colour calibration across devices, please account for a slight variance of colour. To
be certain you are 100% happy with your rug and trim choices, we recommend that you order a sample box. Sample
boxes cost R95 each and are redeemable against your rug purchase *T&C Apply.
Can I order more than one sample box?
Yep, of course! Each sample box is R95 and there is a limit to the number of rug samples that fit in each
box, subject to your rug design selection and the number of trim swatch books you wish to receive.
How many rug samples do I get in one box?
Each Yudu sample box is supplied with trim and rug swatches. If you build a box ordering 1 x trim swatch book
(selecting either neutral colours or bright colours) then you’ll receive 4 x rug swatches in
your box. If you build a box and order 2 x trim swatches (neutral colours and bright
colours) then you’ll receive 3 x rug swatches.
Are there trim samples available for me to see?
Our 18 trims colours are split across two swatch books – neutrals and brights.
Book of Neutrals: Jet, Iris, Chai, Coco, Chino,
Veld, Treacle, Shade, Sable
Book of Brights: Frost, Blaze, Spice, Mallow,
Zing, Tang, Moss, Reef, Slate
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number to track your order on http://www.aramex.co.za/.

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
Your rug is a one-of-kind design, so like all custom order décor items this
will mean increased lead-times. It will take us 2 weeks to make your perfect rug and deliver it to your
door, from the day your order is received.
What if I am not at home to receive the delivery?
Don’t worry, we will contact you before your order is ready for delivery. Help us to help you by making sure
that you have filled out the special delivery instructions when placing your order.
Who do I contact if my rug is damaged on arrival?
Each Yudu rug is wrapped with love and delivered in robust packaging, however should your rug arrived
damaged, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org
What are the best tips for cleaning my rug?
To avoid soiling we recommend that you rotate and vacuum your rug regularly. Should
you discover a stain or accidental spill, we have some handy tips for you;
STEP 1: Blot or gently scrape as much of the stain residue away as
STEP 2: Apply a small amount of pure acetone to white cloth and work
STEP 3: Blot rug surface with clean paper towels working from the outside of the
STEP 4: Spray with clean water and blot to absorb remaining
STEP 5: When completely dry, vacuum to restore pile texture.
Can I return my rug if I made an error on my rug size or choice?
Since our rugs are custom made, we cannot accept returns. We’ve worked hard to make the process super simple
for you though so we are confident that you will love the rug you order. Buying one of our sample box’s will
also help with your decision making so why not give that a try before finalising your order?
What if there is no stock available?
This is unlikely, but if there is an instance that we do not have stock available, we’ll either offer you a
full refund or allow you to choose something else.
